This bicycle is delivered to you with 85 percent of the assembly already completed, ensuring your convenience. To get your bike ready for action, you’ll need to undertake a few straightforward steps. Begin by installing the pedals, front wheel, handlebar, and disc brakes, and then proceed to inflate the tires. When assembling the front wheel, remember to rotate the fork by 180 degrees, positioning the brake at the forefront of the bike.
A crucial note to bear in mind is that the pedal threads differ for the left and right sides. The spindle of each pedal is clearly marked with L/R signs, indicating the correct side for assembly. Align the pedals accordingly: the left pedal corresponds to the left side of the bike, and the right pedal to the right side. Be aware that the left-side pedal employs a left-hand thread.
Ensure that both pedals are initially threaded into the crank arms by hand until they are as far in as possible. Following this, employ the provided wrench to fully tighten them. Neglecting this step could result in loose pedals that may damage the threads over time. Please be advised that any such damage stemming from insufficient tightening will not be covered under our responsibility.
